Reservations and Cancellations Policy: Reservations made one month or longer in advance must be accompanied by an advance deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay base rate. For the summer rate period, reservations will be accepted prior to January 1st of each year for stays of 7 days or longer only. Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days in advance or earlier = 100% refund, 14 days or more = 50% refund, less than 14 days = no refund. $10 dollar per site charge for cancellations. No refunds for early departure.
